Orders will be shipped within two working days after receipt of payment.

Customs duties relating to items shipped outside the European Union may vary depending on the country of destination and are not borne by Dalmond.

If you have placed a wrong order, contact us within 12 hours, we will do everything to meet your needs, unless the package has already been shipped

Payment methods:

Customers can choose the desired payment method: Paypal, Stripe or credit card.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
 Once the return is received, it will be checked and you will receive an email notification.
 Returned items that show scratches, signs of use or other damage will not be accepted.

Customized, engraved or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns must be accompanied by the original packaging and the purchase receipt.
Shipping costs, brokerage fees, and any customs fees will not be refunded.
Dalmond declines all responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

The Dalmond atelier is available for any special request. Production times for custom items can vary from 3 to 8 weeks depending on the project
